José Manuel Aira will be the new Marbella coach as announced by the club in an official statement. The preparer has been engaged for a season, until June 20, 2021.
A native of Ponferrada, Aira made his debut in the First Division during his time as a Deportivo player. As coach highlights his promotion with Albacete to Second in 2017 and another with Racing de Ferrol to Seguuna B in 2013.
He has also directed Real Murcia, NK Rudes of Croatia, French FC Sochaux-Montbéliard and Cultural Leonesa, club with which he has competed in one of the revelations of the last Copa del Rey eliminating Atlético de Madrid and reaching the penalties against Valencia C.F. in the round of 16.
