Jordi Llauradó is no longer the manager responsible for ‘Espai Barça’

BARCELONA, 11 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –

FC Barcelona announced this Wednesday that Jordi Llauradó is no longer the manager responsible for the ‘Espai Barça’ project after asking the president Joan Laporta for a change of functions in order to “dedicate more time to his business commitments”.

“The manager Jordi Llauradó, at his own request, has asked the president Joan Laporta for a change of functions on the Board of Directors. Until now he was the manager responsible for ‘Espai Barça’, a job that he has asked to stop doing in order to dedicate more time to their business commitments”, the Catalan team said in a statement on Wednesday.

The club indicated that it was “himself” Llauradó who “has made it known” to the top president “that due to these commitments he will not be able to dedicate the necessary time to the ‘Espai Barça’ that a project of this magnitude requires”, and that from now on “he will carry out his work as a manager within the scope of the FC Barcelona Foundation”.
