Joaquín Torres sues Mediaset and puts her husband on the ropes in the midst of a marital crisis

The architect of celebrities and the television director are about to celebrate their first wedding anniversary and they do so immersed in a sentimental crisis that they have been dragging on for months. They love each other, they say, but love is not enough and the last movement of Joaquin Torres has put against the ropes Raul Prieto: Susanna Griso’s former talk show host has sued Mediaset, the network for which her husband now works directing the galas of Survivors.

The events date back to last October, when the program Socialite (then presented by María Patiño) broadcast a telephone conversation with Torres for which, according to him, they did not have authorization. Furthermore, Joaquín states in his lawsuit, filed on April 4, that the program team edited said conversation, distorting his words and generating an unnecessary conflict with Tamara Falcó, for whom he had renovated a house.

According to EsdiarioPrieto, who has returned to the Italian giant after the closure of Save me, tried to convince her husband to throw his hair into the sea and let the matter go. However, Torres’ final decision was to move forward with the lawsuit, which has put her husband in a very delicate situation and has generated greater distance between them.

It must be remembered that it was Torres who revealed her marital crisis last March, revealing that she and her husband were no longer living together: “He can’t give me more, he has given me everything, but I’m not well and I have to heal. Raúl is the love of my life, but when things don’t work properly…”. And he added: “We are having a hard time as a couple.” Then, the architect faced several family problems: the death of his mother, to whom he was very close, and a judicial confrontation with his brother over the inheritance of his parents. All this added to a traffic accident that he suffered at Christmas and that has forced him to undergo surgery several times for fractures and complications in a hip. Desolate and undergoing psychiatric treatment, he assured: “I love him very much but first I have to heal.”

Smoothing out rough edges

Despite everything, Torres and Prieto saw each other this Friday in a central restaurant in Madrid. According to Readings, the couple does not throw in the towel and tries to shorten the distance despite the obstacles that separate them. It was not a romantic date, as they shared lunch with a group of friends, but the atmosphere was very relaxed and fun.
