Jenni Hermoso’s words are leaked to the Prosecutor’s Office: “It was a non-consensual kiss, I did not feel respected”

Jenni Hermoso testified before the Prosecutor’s Office on September 6 in the case of the non-consensual kiss planted on her by Luis Rubiales, then president of the Spanish Football Federation, on the podium of the Sydney stadium when the National Team was celebrating the World Cup victory. Jenni’s story in court continues like this: “I’m in the locker room and, suddenly, the sports director comes in and tells me that the president is calling me and tells me to come out. There Rubiales tells me: “Jenni, the kiss that There’s a lot of talk, it’s been like that.” The player says that she begins the construction of some facts that do not fit with what she has experienced. “That’s when I tell her: ‘I know what it was like and that’s not right. You know what’s going to happen to you.” The manipulations begin.

Afterwards, the player mentions Patricia Pérez, press manager, who was the one who showed her the statement. A writing prepared by the Rubiales team. “He knew something was wrong.” And she refused to accept or assume the writing. “I don’t have to do this.” “Did she feel coerced by the structure?” the prosecutor asks. “Yeah”.

“They told me that this writing had to be done and that nothing happened.” He claims that they told him: “We sent it to the press to calm everything down.” Then he answered them: “Do whatever you want.”
