Javi Márquez announces his retirement

Javi marquez He announced this Thursday via twitter his retirement from professional football at the age of 34. He has done so by thanking his family members and all the clubs he has been part of, but especially a RCD Espanyol in which he entered when he was 12 years old and in which he remained until 2013.

Marquez He has also mentioned in his letter to the UDA Gramenet, where he was before joining the parakeet club. After Espanyol, he played for Mallorca, Elche, Granada, New York Cosmos and Nàstic de Tarragona.

Of the blue and white club he says in his farewell that “there they trained me as a person and I had the opportunity to be a professional. I will be eternally grateful to Espanyol. The teammates I had helped me to do my best, ”he says.
