The couple has spent 24 million dollars – about 22.4 million euros – for a mansion which he had built two years ago on Indian Creek Island, known as “the billionaires’ bunker”, and which, to his joy, is already finished.

The property has all kinds of luxuries: its views overlook Biscayne Bay and It consists of six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a solarium, a large backyard, a swimming pool, a spa cabin, outdoor showers and saunas, among other spaces where the magnates can carry out their daily lives. You can even practice water sports there, as it has a private dock.

The daughter of the former president of the United States, Donald Trumpwill share a neighborhood with personalities of the stature Lauren Sánchez, Tom Brady or Jeff Bezos, who recently opened his 79 million dollar mansion – about 74 million euros – in this same place.

This island land in the Bay that borders the coast of Miami is suitable only for a few, since it has approximately 40 buildings. Security on the luxurious island is guaranteed by a surveillance service that operates 24 hours a day.

In 2020, the couple already rented a 2,593 square meter house on this island that was listed, when it was still on the market, as “best move-in condition home available on Indian Creek Island.”
