MADRID, 30 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Spanish midfielder Isco Alarcón will not continue at Real Madrid next season after nine years in white, and he has announced it with a farewell message on his Instagram account in which he says that “Real Madrid cannot be must say no”, although “there are always exceptions”, including the icon of a turtle in reference to the Frenchman Kylian Mbappé.
“When I was at Malaga I knew I had to leave. I made a commitment to another team. But Real Madrid knocked on my door and Real Madrid cannot and should not be told no, although there are always exceptions,” he explained. Isco in the message posted on his Instagram account. At the end of the sentence, the man from Malaga added two emoticons, one of a turtle and another of laughter, referring to what happened with Kylian Mbappé.
Isco Alarcón, who landed in the white team in the summer of 2013, said goodbye after winning his fifth ‘Champions’ remembering the first of them, the one won in 2014 against Atlético de Madrid. “I remember telling my people ‘damn, Madrid hasn’t won the Champions League for many years and I have a feeling it’s about to fall’. And LA DÉCIMA arrived, everything that comes after is history”, he commented.
“Nine years later my time at the club ends, which has made it possible for me to fulfill all the dreams I had when I was little. Apart from fulfilling dreams, winning more titles than I had imagined, playing with the greatest, meeting incredible people : I’ve had a hell of a time and let them take away my dance,” Isco wrote.
The midfielder “without a doubt” keeps “the good” hoping that his followers “also do it”. He also thanked his teammates and workers that he has had throughout his career at the club for giving him “the support that everyone needs” and that “he has not lacked”, as well as the Madrid fans.
The footballer from Malaga finished his message with an optimistic phrase for the white fans. “By the way, yesterday he was telling a friend that he didn’t understand why they were holding the Cibeles party if number 15 is on its way,” he commented, adding laughter and white hearts. “Forever and hala Madrid”, concluded Isco.
