Isak leaves Getafe on the ground

Getafe is getting closer to the ground. This time he was knocked down by an Isak goal, Real Sociedad striker who lives a moment so sweet that he turns salt into sugar: he has scored five games in a row. Bordalás only turned to talent (Aleñá, Kubo, Portillo and Ángel) when he had everything lost. La Real, with a daring line-up from Imanol, prop up their chances of entering Europe next season.

Bordalás resorted to the ideological roots of the first ones that came to him badly, using his bodyguard to defend the cause: what matters is the result and it does not matter if he gets it civilly or criminally. What under the command of Bordalás Kubo was going to have a future with few legs, it was seen from Japan, but Aleñá should not play either, his request for the second consecutive year, he said clearly that the blue color of the shirt is only worn by those who know how to honor the overalls. Bordalás would hardly do like Imanol, align with one tacada to Oyarzabal, Silva, Isak, Januzaj and those people of good footing.

The closest thing to a scoring chance that Getafe had was a shot from Maksimovic who could not finish off because they jumped on him when he wanted to dribble. Getafe began to feel comfortable at times, created danger in corners and fouls and did not neglect the orchard…. Until they stepped on it. It was in the 30th minute. Zaldua crossed over the lime line of the right wing. Ball passed to the far post, through which Oyarzabal appeared to impale first-hand free of mark, as Damián had gotten lost and neither Arambarri, Nyom or Cabaco arrived in time to fill the gap. The shot hit the crossbar and, after bouncing, Isak riveted it headlong ahead of the defenders. The Norwegian is such a sweet moment that he turns salt into sugar: five consecutive games scoring.

The greatest virtue of that Getafe based on Bordalás's original model is to darken the matches until hardly anything happens. The break was reached with a shot between the three clubs (the goal), 18 fouls committed (10-8) and 123 lost balls (62-61).

After one hour of the game, the only shot between the three sticks was still the goal. Bordalás found himself against the wall and took out Kubo and Aleñá. The Japanese shook up the match. Nothing substantial, but at least Getafe showed signs of life near the opposite area. They were joined by Portillo and Ángel, but already late. La Real did not see the victory in jeopardy at any time. Imanol came out reinforced in his ideas. Getafe, on the other hand, must go to the psychologist.

When Getafe did not shoot a single time between the three clubs the previous day, in his defense he argued that it was not easy to do so against Real Madrid and more playing in Valdebebas. This time he was playing against Real Sociedad in his own field and Getafe did not finish off the door just once.

Imanol: “The team played a different game than usual”

Quiet party?

Not at all. We have had to do many things well. It has a lot of merit to play here against this team and that they generate so little for us. Great job from the team that played a great game. Different than usual, but I am very happy with the team.

How did Illarra and Oyarzabal end up?

Tired and with normal blows after a game of such intensity in which the two teams played a lot. Asier has caught cruising speed, Mikel has not noticed anything and David's return too. We are all good and victory is great for us to face what is coming.

Has the return of the injured been key in the improvement of results?

We are left with the results, but looking back, since the day of San Mamés the team has played very good games, better than today. I saw the team very well and that's how we felt. We needed to get results and they have come now. The team does things very convinced and today we did what had to be done here and we knew how to play this game.

Is this victory good for you thinking of Manchester?

It helps and I have told the players. The alignment and behavior of all the players shows it. It is a joy to see players fight as they have done for such an important victory. Now it's time to rest and think about the next one.

Bordalás: “I have always felt supported by the club”

What level of concern do you have after this new defeat?

We are concerned and at the same time confident that we are going to change this dynamic and that good results will come. It was a game without occasions in which they hit us again when nothing is happening. The team has tried and we have looked for alternatives with offensive changes, but it could not be.

What happened in your expulsion?

I have nothing to say. I'm only talking about the game.

Do you feel supported by the club?

Yes. I have always felt supported. We are on a bad streak. It has been a difficult year if we compare it with the previous ones. We are not at our best and we hope to change the dynamics. The guys have a good attitude and are working well.

Have you talked to the president about its continuity?

I have not talked about that far from it. When there are bad results it is the priority issue for you. I don't think about that, but about the team and the day-to-day work.

Why another change in the system? Have you stopped relying on signings?

The system and the drawing has been the same as on Tuesday in Valdebebas and in recent years. We had changed the drawing, but we have returned to our original drawing. Two players have come to help us and they started right away. The team had conceded many goals and we had lost strength. We were looking to seal ourselves defensively. We count on them.

Do you regret anything that happened on your sending off play?

I said I was not going to talk about that topic. It is a natural play that occurs every day in football. He wanted us to get out fast. The rest you have seen.

How do you explain the team's lack of goal?

It is costing us and it is something that had not happened to us before. Maybe it's a lack of confidence. We work every day to improve that facet. We have a huge deficit on offense, although we put players with that vocation on the field.

Are you aware of the matches of direct rivals?

I will not comment on anything about it. I'm talking about the party and the present.
