Isabel Preysler. Evidently, the ‘queen of hearts’ for decades has been a model for many women who have tried to copy her style or knowledge of her life and although she may not believe it, she is part of the national heritage, especially of fashion and couché. “When Lourdes (Garzón) told me, my response was that I didn’t deserve it but in the end here I am. I feel very honored and I also love the other winners so the gift is double,” she assures me.

True to her style, she came with an elegant design by the Spanish Roberto Diz in black and white and with a bateau neckline that perfectly marked the collarbone, undoubtedly one of the best parts of Preysler’s anatomy.
