Isabel Pantoja sells the apartment in Seville with her sister-in-law inside: the war with Junko

It’s been two years since he passed away. Bernardo PantojaThe singer’s brother lived in a Seville apartment owned by the singer and he did so with his partner, the Japanese dancer Junkowho accompanied and cared for him during the last years of his life. After his death, Isabel Pantoja tried to reach an agreement with her ex-sister-in-law to leave the house but she refused. Now that the singer Sailor of Lights has placed its finances in the hands of an investment group, the war between the parties has heated up.

Pantoja needs liquidity to pay off her debts, so her advisors have put the aforementioned flat up for sale. They are about to close the deal with the buyers, anonymous people, but Junko refuses to leave and the case has ended up in court: “Isabel personally tried to reach an agreement with her. Almost two years have passed and the investment group does not have the same sentimental ties that Isabel Pantoja has and they need liquidity,” they said on Sonsoles’ programme. “Junko is refusing any legal notification. She has had conversations with the family before reaching this point in extremis. After two burofaxes that Junko has rejected, they are going to file a lawsuit for eviction from that house.”.

The sale of this apartment in Seville is part of the strategy designed by this group of investors to help Isabel Pantoja clean up her accounts. The jewel in the crown is Cantora, which already has several interested buyers. For this reason, they have made a firm offer to Kiko Rivera to acquire his 47.6% stake in the property. The mother, with 52.4%, has offered her son two million euros to take over the entire property and manage the sale without third parties involved. However, the proposal has some fine print, since the DJ must take charge of the mortgage on the property (2.7 million euros in 2002) in the percentage that corresponds to him.

At the moment, Isa Pi’s brother is negotiating his options, because although on other occasions he has been reluctant to give in the slightest, now he would be willing to twist his arm: “He doesn’t want to know anything about the farm or his mother. He has no intention of getting close to her. He’s doing well at work, but two million euros is a lot of money and he’s willing to negotiate to leave it all behind,” they say.
