Isabel Pantoja offers two million euros to Kiko Rivera to buy his share of Cantora: the DJ’s response

The singer is already counting the hours until she returns to the stage on August 3 in Castellón. Her health problems have forced her to interrupt the great tour for her 50th anniversary in the music world and have ruined her financial plans: to pay off her debts with the money raised. For this reason, the team of investors she hired two years ago to put her accounts in order has opted to resume the sale of Singerwhich had been set aside, and have presented an offer to Kiko Rivera, owner of almost half the property.

Mother and son share ownership of Cantora: Isabel Pantoja has 52.4% while his son, Kiko Rivera47.6%. Now, the singer is willing to take 100% of the stake in order to manage the sale as she pleases and has made a firm offer to the DJ: Two millions of euros. There is, however, a small print: Kiko must take charge (in the percentage that corresponds to him) of the mortgage that the house has had since 2002 and which amounted, at that time, to 2.7 million.

According to Sonsoles’ program, Isa Pi’s brother is negotiating his options, because although on other occasions he has been reluctant to give in the slightest, now he would be willing to twist his arm: “He doesn’t want to know anything about the farm or his mother. He has no intention of getting close to her. He’s doing well at work, but two million euros is a lot of money and he’s willing to negotiate to leave it all behind.”they say.

At 67, the singer is going through one of the most delicate moments of her life. Suffering from an illness that forces her to rest and has halted her 50th Anniversary tour, she has taken refuge in Cantora, where she does not want to receive visitors. Her circle speaks of a “deep sadness”, to the point that the singer has given orders to Agustín and company that her birthday, next August 2, should go completely unnoticed: she does not want cakes, presents or celebrations.

It should be remembered that Isabel, who lost her mother, Doña Ana, in September 2021, does not have any relationship with her children, Kiko Rivera and Isa Pi. Nor with her grandchildren: Fran, Carlota and Ana, the fruit of the DJ’s marriage to Irene Rosales, nor with Albertito, born from the relationship between the talk show host and Alberto Isla.
