Irene Montero reaffirms her support for Rocío Carrasco and sentences Antonio David: “I didn’t doubt for a minute that she was a victim of gender-based violence”

They told me that I had to see it because there was going to be a case of gender violence. I didn’t have any prior information because I didn’t know what the program was like, but both me and my team, whom I asked them to watch it because it was a prime-time broadcast, we didn’t doubt for a minute that it was a case of gender-based violence and that she was a victim of gender-based violence,” she says. “It was necessary to go out publicly to say it, because that is what this ministry is for, so that women know that if they tell their experience, and more so being a woman so well known in society, then they can help other women.”
