Inter and Juventus fight for leadership in complicated duels against Atalanta and Roma

MADRID, 10 Jan. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Inter will seek this Saturday to maintain its leadership with a victory against a battered Atalanta on day 19 of Serie A, similar to Juventus, who continues to step on the heels of the 'neroazzurri' and who will visit the Olympic of Rome to snatch the Three points to the favorite at home.

Those of Antonio Conte will try to extend their good moment, enhanced by the scoring streak of the Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, after eleven games without losing, with a duel at home against an Atalanta on the fifth rise in the table that will not make it easy and will fight to get closer to Champions League positions.

An Inter with reinforced spirits after winning the last two games against Naples and Genoa that allowed him to forget the two draws that he accumulated in the league and his desire to be champion of Europe, and that will try to add the three points that keep him, at least , in the fight with the 'Vecchia Signora', with whom he shares leadership.

However, Atalanta does not promise facilities after chaining two consecutive victories and both 5-0, one of them against Inter's neighbor, Milan. Bergamo's look for Champions positions backed by their firmness at home, with only one defeat in Bologna.

The current champion arrives at the game strengthened by the win against Cagliari (4-0), starring the 'hat-trick' of Cristiano Ronaldo and third consecutive victory after losing his unbeatable against Lazio, and with the need not to give concessions as a visitor, facet in which he has already escaped seven points this campaign.

In addition, Lazio, third with 39 points, will try to continue in the fight for the 'Scudetto' extending to ten his winning streak against a somewhat irregular Naples away from home, while the weekend will focus on the Swede Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who seems to be already a starter against Cagliari, sixth and before which the 'rossoneri' hope to return to the path of victory after three games without doing so.
