Infanta Pilar's children sell their Madrid villa in Puerta de Hierro to a friend of the King

However, a sale contract by the heirs has changed the future of this house, which was the jewel in the crown of the family's real estate portfolio. As published in the digital, the sale has been closed for three million euros and the new owners are Ricardo Fuster, brother of Álvaro, friend of Felipe VI, and Mónica Sánchez-Navarro.
