Cádiz CF and the National Institute of Sports of El Salvador (INDES) have signed a cooperation agreement, which is intended to provide new opportunities to young Salvadoran soccer players.
The Spanish club, in a statement made public this Monday, points out that the honorary president of INDES, Yamil Bukele, highlighted after the signing of the agreement that “A strategy of this type, with close and reciprocal collaboration, is crucial for the development of soccer” in El Salvador.
In this way, the cadista entity will advise in this Central American country “to the most talented boys that emerge from the 262 soccer schools that INDES will establish in all the municipalities of the nation.”
Cádiz CF will make constant inspections among these talents, will contribute their knowledge for the operation of schools and will teach the sports coaching staff, according to Bukele.
“We can dream that these guys have the opportunity, according to their sporting quality, of belonging to the inferiors of Cádiz And why not, they can also get to play in the senior team, just as the Magic Gonzalez did years ago“, says the honorary president of INDES, so it is expected that in the coming weeks a representation of the Cadiz club visits El Salvador to begin planning and the development of this agreement.
Cádiz is closely linked to El Salvador since it had soccer player Jorge 'Mágico' González in its ranks in the 80s, which since then is one of the players most loved by fans in the history of this entity.
