If Achraf wins, Madrid wins

Real Madrid will receive insurance 40 million euros in exchange for Achraf by Inter Milan. The Italian team will make three payments to pay that amount, although five million euros are pending for objectives that Madrid could receive in the future. But it will not be easy, because those variable amounts would come in the case of titles for Inter, counting four possibilities: Serie A, Champions League, Europa League and Italian Cup.

They are not, in short, easily achievable objectives, as they are other times if they are included in operations as a way to delay payment and relax the fixed part of the operation.. The last title of those four that Inter has lifted in its history was the 2010-11 Italian Cup, almost a decade ago. With the signing of Achraf, who joins the Lukaku, Lautaro, Eriksen, Perisic and Godín, among others, in addition to a bench figure like Conte, Inter intends to finally discuss the reign of Serie A for Juventus, who has eight consecutive championships and is going for the ninth.

During the negotiation, Inter tried to cut the fixed amount to 38 million and include those two million as easy-to-meet objectives (classification for the Champions League), but Madrid refused. Achraf's market value, according to Transfermarkt, is 54 million, and rising; a year ago it was 30.

The transfer is not official yet at the wish of Inter, who today plays an important match against Brescia, in his pursuit of Lazio, current second-placed in Serie A.
