The secrecy with which the environment of Amaia Montero was managing his last hospital admission had given way to all kinds of rumors and concerns about his state of health. This Wednesday, the artist’s mother refused to comment. Hours later, his daughter Idiot has broken the silence: “It is a delicate moment, respect”.

Amaia Montero was admitted to a Madrid hospital to undergo surgery for a cut on the finger of one of her hands. Unfortunately, she suffered postoperative complications and was transferred to the ICU. After ten days in the center, she was discharged and is already recovering at home.

It is understood that this new hospital admission has had nothing to do with the last one, in 2020, when the artist suffered a strong picture of stress and anxiety that forced her to paralyze all professional commitments. After spending a month at the Clínica Universitaria de Navarra, she took refuge in Irún, her land, where her family has turned to her well-being.
