Lopeteguicoach Seville, has warned that his team will continue to compete at the highest level in the two games that remain for the end of the League despite having already mathematically reached the objective of qualifying for the Champions League. The Andalusians will seek third place and they will not lower their arms also thinking about the challenge they have in August with the Europa League on the horizon.
For this reason, the Basque coach has described Real Sociedad as “one of the best teams in the league offensively” and hopes that relaxation will not appear among his players.
“I would lie to you if I did not tell you that out of the corner of your eye you do not watch the Europa League and the duel we have with Roma, but the best way is to finish and compete well. Unless there is obvious risk and some discomfort we will make everything natural. We are going to try to gain access to this third place ”, indicated a Lopetegui who assured that he has always felt loved despite the doubts that have appeared throughout the season:“ I have always felt the love of the fans. I can't say anything else since I arrived. This does not mean that during the season there can be no moments of protest. We have been with the day to day. I don't stop to think if people know me more or less. And I hope they are happy with our work, we prefer to look at the good things to come. “

Lopetegui also assures that he had the support of the club in the bad moments and puts a high note to the squad. “I give my team the maximum grade. Elite football without suffering does not exist. Nowhere, for no purpose. We are talking about the elite, the best league in the world. Of course I have felt the support of the club. At no time have I had the opposite feeling. You have to go through those moments of doubt, all the teams go through them, those who win the titles too. We have a team with the capacity to work, dedicated, who believes, who wants… and thus things that seem complex are achieved ”.
The club also gives a high note. “It is a club to go to the highest level, to the highest demand … an internally effective club, but very fluid. Is not easy. It conveys that demand that we accept it willingly. It is the only way, to demand of you every day since you wake up. ”
Will it do rotations? “In this time each game we have changed at least 3 and up to 6-7 players because the situation required it. The objective is to compete with the ambition of getting all three points against an opponent who is one of the best in the category offensively and who I think has had bad luck in some matches. ”
