Hugo Mallo will be three weeks off due to a fibrillar rupture

MADRID, 27 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

RC Celta defender Hugo Mallo has a “grade I fiber tear in the right biceps femoris”, suffered last Monday in the LaLiga Santander match against Getafe, for which he will be out for about “three weeks”.

“The youth squad suffered the injury during the first half of last Monday’s game against Getafe, in which he was substituted on the verge of half an hour of play,” the sky-blue team said on Thursday. In addition, Celta anticipates that their captain will be out “for around three weeks.”

On the other hand, midfielder Luca de la Torre suffered “a muscle strain in the hamstrings of his left thigh” in training and medical tests will be carried out in the next few hours to determine the extent of the ailment.
