Antonio Conte, coach of Tottenham, revealed the “market wars” he had with Fabio Paratici (current director of football for Spurs, his club) when the coach was managing Inter and the manager was Juventus sports director.

“Paratici also tried it with Lukaku. He tried to buy Lukaku for Juve because he knew well what I liked and how I wanted to have him in my team,” were Conte’s words.
Conte currently has Dejan Kulusevski, 21, under his command since January 31, when the winger was loaned by Juventus to Tottenham. Inter, Conte’s previous club, transferred Lukaku to what was already his club, Chelsea, on August 12.
