The company is dedicated to “the realization of all kinds of real estate activities, especially those related to the acquisition, holding, leasing, sale, promotion, rehabilitation and exploitation by any title of all kinds of real estate.” The only shareholder of this entity is Garfia Valores, the holding company that he registered shortly before and which will be the base from which he will make all his movements. In both, the sole administrator is his father and the registered office is located in the family residence in El Palmar.
