Hazard picks up speed

Eden Hazard (29 years old) is already on the track, taking a run and pending to gain speed to exploit that style that makes him so special. Todo indicates that he will remain in the eleven for the visit of Alavés this Saturday (9:00 p.m., Movistar LaLiga), in which it would be his third consecutive start this season. Between the fact that the beginning caught him getting in tune, that later he suffered a muscle injury and that when he had appeared he was surprised by the coronavirus, so far he has only been in Zidane's lineup twice in a row.

The barrier of the third consecutive ownership may seem lower, and in fact it would be in normal circumstances, but it acquires greater relevance in the case of Hazard, a footballer haunted by problems since his record signing for Madrid. At its premiere in 2019-20 linked two incumbents in September, three between September and October, and seven between October and November, when it started to look like what was expected and a kick of Meunier it shattered their evolution. Eden reappeared with two inclusions in the eleven in February and relapsed, and did it again in June and did not exceed two either until elimination with City.

Hazard and Zidane coincide: Eden lacks minutes

Playing is an essential issue for any footballer and even more so for a Hazard who, due to his characteristics, requires that playing time to feel fully. On Wednesday, after the victory (0-2) and the goal against Inter, he stressed: “I need more minutes on the field and games. Confidence is earned by playing.” Zidane seconded the speech at a press conference: “This is very clear. He must play, get sensations and that is what we are doing. We know the player he is and we need him.”

In Milan, with a curious carambola of the calendar, the Belgian closed his circle. From a penalty, he scored his first target in the competition in three years … when one of that entry of his compatriot Meunier was fulfilled, on November 26, 2019, which has conditioned so much since then his Madrid stage. Now, with two goals in 287 minutes, A new horizon is opening up for him and tomorrow, with the option of linking three titles, he will continue heading towards him.
