Madrid like the stellar signing that all Madrid fans yearned for. Much was expected of the Belgian international, who came for 100 million euros and yet has not met expectations.
Injuries have not respected him and that has led him to star in an irregular season in which he has not had continuity. The midfielder has admitted in an interview to France Info that he is not at all satisfied with how things have gone.
“There have been injuries, but I hope this is behind and that next year will be better. In reality it has not been such a terrible year because I have been able to come to this club and we have won the League in my first year. I can't ask for more ”, he began saying.
But he clarified: “On an individual level it has been the worst year of my career. It has been a little strange season with everything that has happened. The season can improve and the next title has to be the Champions League, although it will be difficult because Manchester City is opposite. ”
Injuries have not spared Hazard
