Ana Rosa Quintana and Pedro Sánchez have seen each other for the first time in four years in a confrontation charged with tension that took place this morning on Telecinco. “You have more gray hair and I am blonde, see if time has passed,” said the presenter as soon as she began. “It is a pleasure to be with you, I am glad that you gave me this interview because that means that you are well and health is the most important thing”, the President of the Government replied.
The reproaches have started from the first moment of the interview, when Sánchez has complained about the insults he has received in these years. “Yes, and I told him what they have said about me: racist, xenophobic, fascist…”, the journalist argued. “But you have a set to defend yourself,” Sánchez responded. “And you’ve had it when you’ve wanted it.”
Another of the first moments of confrontation occurred when Sánchez complained about, in his opinion, an excessive number of right-wing commentators in the media. “He said that the disproportion was 90%. Really, President! 90%?” Quintana exclaimed. “And I fall short!”, has answered the leader of the PSOE.

The talk has been truffled from the beginning with continuous interruptions between Ana Rosa and Sánchez. “Let me finish”; “Can I interrupt you?”; “Will you let me develop the argument?”; “How much time do I have?”; “Everyone you want”; “You can say what you want, Ana Rosa”; “No, I describe”… have been some of the most heard expressions in this long-awaited scuffle.
