Grbic: “Atleti followed me for two years and believes in me”

Ivo Grbic returned to Zagreb to complete your vacation after signing his contract with Atlético until 2024. This is a completely different football from Croatia; the Spanish league is the best in the world for me and I am sure that I will progress here and be a better goalkeeper than I am. It all depends on me, I have the opportunity to be in one of the best clubs in the world and I will work all I can to one day fight for a place in the Atlético goal”.

The goalkeeper knows that His signing for Atlético represents a great leap in his career from a Croatian team to the Spanish league, but he feels fully prepared for it. “If I wasn't prepared for such a big step I wouldn't even be coming here. And I know that in Madrid I will be a better person and a better goalkeeper. I am aware of the great challenge, but I am full of confidence in myself and wanting to succeed“.
