Granada thanks its fans for “the support” and apologizes “for any unfortunate situation”

MADRID, 4 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Granada thanked its fans on Wednesday for “the support shown throughout the year” and apologized “for any unfortunate situation that has taken place in these recent games”, in an attempt to achieve the communion necessary to achieve permanence in LaLiga Santander.

The Nasrid club held a meeting with the Animation Tier, whose coordinators resigned this Tuesday “en bloc” for what happened last Sunday in Celta’s visit and for considering that there was “oppression and excessive control.”

According to this group of fans, the chant of ‘Resignation directive’ that became “widespread” in the Nuevo Los Cármenes did not leave their area and that the members of security asked them to stop singing it because it cost “a lot” to the club.

“Granada CF thanks the fans for the support shown to the team throughout the year, at the Nuevo Los Cármenes Stadium or as a visitor, in a complicated season in which the players and all the club’s echelons are going to fight until the end for achieve the objective of permanence”, assured this Wednesday the group from Granada.

In addition, he transmitted “an apology to the fans for any unfortunate situation that has taken place in recent games” and expressed his “respect, how could it be otherwise, for the possible disagreement or criticism of their fans as a sign of freedom of the fans, always expressed with respect, with a spirit of constructive criticism” that encourages them “to continue working for the good of Granada CF and all of Granada”.

For this reason, after the meeting with the Animation Stand, Granada also announced an agreement “in the search for a link between fans and the team in these last four days of the season, with the desire to work in the future to establish foundations for a lasting understanding”.

Thus, Granada will organize a trip to Mallorca for all the fans and the planning of a trip to Seville for the match against Real Betis Balompié. “Granada CF is ‘Eternal Struggle’ and for that reason we are going to fight until the last minute of the season, all united in defense of the horizontal red-and-white colours,” he stated.
