Granada renew until 2025 Carlos Neva, the full lane

Granada has made official the renewal until 2025 of Carlos Neva (Puerto de Santa María -Cádiz- June 12, 1996) until June 30, 2025. The left-back, full back, has played almost everything in this demanding season with three competitions, League, Cup and Europa League in a total of 2,162 minutes spread over 30 games. The Cármenes club wanted to expand the presence of this consolidated footballer who ended his relationship in June 2022.

Forged in the lower echelons of Sevilla, Carlos Neva went to Marbella. There he was captured by Granada. After two seasons in his subsidiary, Recreativo Granada, he made the leap to the first team with whom he made his debut on June 8, 2019 against Alcorcón. Since then he has accumulated no less than 60 games.

His debut in the First Division was against Barcelona on matchday five of last season in a match won by the Granada 2-0 with goals from Azeez and Vadillo. Since then it has not stopped growing. The injuries of players like Quini, Víctor Díaz or Foulquier have resulted in him being almost irreplaceable, which is why the club undertook the signing of Adrián Marín from Alavés. Faced with the prospect that there could be interested clubs, Granada has chosen to shield this valuable footballer.
