Granada approves its accounts and the budget for 2021-22

Granada has held its General Shareholders’ Meeting this Monday, in which it has approved a budget of 60 million euros for this season. The session was carried out online and in person and was attended by the board of directors, the general director and two representatives of the entity’s minority shareholders. Besides the budget, also The audited annual accounts corresponding to the year ended June 30, 2021 were approved., which include the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, the statement of changes in equity, the statement of cash flows and the company’s report and Management Report.

The management carried out by the board of directors during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021 and the proposal for the application of the results of the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021 carried out by the board of directors were also endorsed.

The 60 million Granada budget will be entered as follows: 85% in television rights, 10% in sponsorship contracts and the remaining 5% in subscriptions and tickets.
