After several appeals and pleas, the judge has decreed his supervised release due to an “incurable illness.” He left this Friday.

The businessman now faces a new stage in his life: “I am not wearing a telematic bracelet because, having been in jail for another month, I have been granted conditional release. Next week they are going to admit me to the Virgen del Rocío Hospital so that I can do some tests and then I'll get back into the rhythm of life little by little. And he confesses: “I want to start from scratch and fight. Life in prison is very hard. It has been three years and three complicated months. Now I just want to hug my loved ones.”

A truculent love

In 2018 they ended the courtship and a battle of crossed accusations began in which the model accused the businessman of “physical abuse, insults and threats.” Finally, he was sentenced to nine months in prison for “coercing the mother of his daughter.”

Gil Silgado received this sentence already in prison. He was serving an 18-month sentence for a crime of confiscation of assets after having already spent two years in prison for a crime against the Public Treasury.
