German Felix Brych has been appointed by UEFA to referee Sevilla-Manchester United, the first semifinal of the Europa League, which will be played in a single match and behind closed doors next Sunday (9:00 p.m. CET, 7:00 p.m. GMT) at the Köln Stadium in Cologne (Germany).
Brych, 45, and a FIFA referee since 2007, recently led the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 between Manchester City and Real Madrid, in which the Spanish team was eliminated.
