From the chalet of La Finca to the ‘manolitos’ and the cosmetics

The captain of La Roja and the Italian model announced their separation on Monday, causing a media tsunami and the release of separate statements but with one common goal: to deny that the footballer had been unfaithful. After seven years of marriage and four children together, Álvaro Morata and Alice Campello maintain that it was “continuous misunderstandings” in their relationship that caused the end.

One of the theories of the separation points to Morata’s emotional state (highly criticized for his sporting performance), which would have affected the stability of the couple: “There is a small war of egos between them on the work level. Morata is beaten by the sports press and the networks, and she is a girl who was born in cotton wool. Her family is multimillionaires and she is doing well with her company. There is jealousy of him on the professional level,” they said this Monday in Public Mirror.

Now, what are the assets of the new Milan player and the influencer? The house in La Finca, one of the most exclusive and expensive areas of Madrid, is the fortress where they lived so happily, apparently, with their little Leonardo, Alessandro, Edoardo and Bella. Its value is estimated at more than four million euros, which would rise taking into account the renovations that both made to leave the villa completely to their liking.

As for Morata, he is a partner in the most famous and lucrative croissant franchise in Spain.. Since 2017 he is part of Manolo Bakes and it is one of his most lucrative businesses. But not the only one. His empire, in part, has been built thanks to the help of his father, Alfonso Morataformer commercial director of Cadena SER and COPE. In 2019 they founded Tamora Housing Investmentswhose objective is the exploitation of real estate activities.

With a share capital of 3.4 million euros and registered office in the Madrid neighbourhood of Montecarmelo, its catalogue includes a premises on María de Molina street worth 2.87 million euros and a home in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), in La Finca, for more than 1.64 million euros. The footballer made a million-dollar deal after putting up for sale, in 2019, the chalet he owned in Mirasierra and in which they were robbed. After the scare, the family decided to move to La Finca for greater security.

Apart from his investments in large businesses, Morata also appears as a self-employed businessman in Seville, where he heads a business dedicated to “renting machinery and capital goods.”

On the other hand, it was Alice Campello who introduced Morata to the world of fashion and beauty. They have two companies in common. The first of them Masqmaia premium natural cosmetics brand founded by the Italian model in January 2017 and soon joined by her husband. After achieving their goals, they signed a distribution agreement through the giant Sephora: “Álvaro has been a key player and has accompanied me in all the product creation processes. In fact, to create the men’s line his criteria has been fundamental,” she said in an interview.

Following the success of Masqmai, Morata and Campello created their own clothing line under the name Think Studioa casual clothing brand so that all members of the family (mothers, fathers and children) could look together. The brand is already well established and the women’s line has experienced great growth in recent months thanks to the personalized designs of the Italian model.
