From Mariló Montero to Isabel Pantoja

The instruction of ‘Operation Deluxe’which investigates an alleged espionage plot carried out by the team of Save me, has ended more than seven years after the police investigation began. A possible crime of bribery and an alleged disclosure of secrets are being investigated. The case, also known as ‘Operation Luna’, focuses mainly on journalist Gustavo González and official Fernández Hitaaccused in the case.

The paparazzo is accused of allegedly passing on information to the programme he worked on in order to generate television content. The problems lie in the way he obtained it and the nature of the information. González allegedly did so through this police officer, accessing files restricted to officials in the exercise of their responsibilities. The case began with the names of 138 celebrities involved. The Prosecutor’s Office, as it became known in January, reduced them to about 35.
