From defensive safety accolades to rude glitches

The two goals conceded in the first two days by Betis has put their defensive system into question. Or rather, the footballers that make it up. If in Mallorca a goal was received due to a chain failure in which Montoya was pointed out, against Cádiz it was Víctor Ruiz who made a childish mistake that resulted in the penalty committed by Rui Silva.

The fact is that a year ago, in these same two days, the defensive solvency that Pellegrini had established in his team was praised.
