The Audience of Barcelona has condemned to four
years imprisonment for a crime of abuse

The condemned man had been working for thirty

In addition, it imposes a disqualification special for the exercise of the profession of osteopath or physiotherapist for the period of two years, and a remoteness of the woman at a distance of not less than 1,000 meters from her person from the place where she lives, works or frequently for a period of two years greater than that of the imprisonment sentence imposed.
Also, the sentence establishes the communication ban with the woman by any means, whether written, telephone or telematic for a period of two years greater than the imprisonment imposed.
On the other hand, the Barcelona Court condemns him to payment of procedural costs, including those of the private prosecution, and to a compensation of 10,000 euros for the victim in respect of damages caused.
