Four injured when a stand fell on a football field in Gipuzkoa

Four young people have been injured this Saturday when a fence fell on the football field of the Trintxerpe Sports Club, in Pasaia (Gipuzkoa), during a game, although only one of them has been transferred to a health center, as explained to EFE by the mayor of the town, Izaskun Gómez.

These are the first news that have reached the councilor and that she has reported “with all reservations” while waiting to learn more details about the case.

Has indicated that the event apparently occurred when a group of boys celebrated a goal and, when moving a fence, it has collapsed.

Three of the young people have suffered minor injuries and a fourth a blow to the head, which is why they have been transferred by ambulance to a health center, who has also evacuated his father, feeling unwell after the accident.

The event occurred at around 6.30 pm at this municipal soccer field, located on Francisco Andonaegui street.
