First contact with the ball and concentration on Pinatar

After two days of medical tests and examinations, finally the Elche squad will have their first contact with the ball. Fran Escribá takes command this morning and somehow his particular preseason begins. The Valencian will press the accelerator in the coming weeks.

Elche players are exercising this morning at Díez Iborra. In the afternoon, will travel to the facilities of Pinatar Arena to start the first concentration of the preseason. This afternoon, starting at 6:30 p.m., another session will take place. The double session plan will be repeated on Thursday.

The franjiverde squad will be concentrated in Pinatar until Friday afternoon. On Saturday, after training at the stadium, Escribá will give his players rest. In total, Elche will only spend two nights in Murcia, although in the next few days it will repeat concentration at La Finca. The first friendly will be played on July 18 against Atromitos.

Escribá will begin to see the 29 players who have been summoned for the preseason in action. The Valencian can start an important screening, since many of them will not continue. What's more, Escribá hopes to have his first signing as soon as possible.
