First confirmed case of coronavirus at the Barcelona club

After what happened in China, currently the main focus of the coronavirus pandemic is in Europe. One of the most affected countries is Spain, which currently has more than 49,500 confirmed cases and 3,647 deaths (only Italy exceeds it).

In the last hours, the news of the first two cases of positive COVID-19 within Barcelona was announced, as confirmed by La Vanguardia. This is Ramón Canal, head of the Catalan club's medical services. The same media reported that Josep Antoni Gutiérrez, medical manager of the Spanish handball team, is also hospitalized.
