At the edge of half past ten at night, ultras of the Eintracht of Frankfurt, many of them armed with sticks, upon the return of Benito Villamarín and despite being escorted by the National Police, have gone to the Paseo de Colón area, in the center of Seville, next to the Triana Bridge, where there were dozens of English fans of West Ham since noon -especially in a British pub in the area- and they have staged a massive fight, with throwing of glasses, tables and chairs and all kinds of furniture that were put at hand.
Some 3,000 Eintracht fans have attended Benito Villamarín this Wednesday and another similar number from West Ham plans to do so on Thursday at Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán, which is why both games have been declared high risk and 750 agents have been mobilized to ensure security around the stadium -where journalists were not even allowed access at the end of the clash-, but, apparently, not in the areas where both fans could coincide, as can be seen in the video of Leandro Iglesias, of LaSexta, one of the companions, who, in an excess of zeal, private security agents did not allow access to Benito Villamarín after the game after having left it to film some images, despite being perfectly accredited.
