BARCELONA, 8 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –
FC Barcelona celebrates this Sunday the Ordinary General Assembly of Compromising Members, at 10:00 am on the first call and at 10:30 on the second, in which 4,451 members of the Barça entity will be summoned.
The event, which will be held electronically, will begin with the report from the president, Joan Laporta, on the current state of the club, before moving on to the approval of the financial year for the 2021/2022 season and the planned budget for 2022/ 2023.
According to the ‘culé’ team this Thursday, the club closed last year with a profit of 98 million and foresees a budget of 1,255 million in 2022/23, which will be approved, as well as the two extraordinary operations signed during the summer of 2022 -in this case already approved, which will be subject to ratification by specific vote by the compromising partners.
The Assembly will continue with the ratification of a member of the Economic Commission, the presentation of the members of the Ethics and Transparency Commission and the report of the Members’ Ombudsman. All this together with the proposals that have arrived at the club and the open turn of interventions, which will close the celebration of the act.
In this way, the Catalan squad will hold its first assembly in which the members who were chosen as compromisers in the draw that was held on June 3 and who were designated for two seasons will take part.
In addition to these new delegates, the Assembly of FC Barcelona is completed by the thousand oldest members of the entity that make up the Senate, the members of the Board of Directors, the former presidents of the club; the members of the Statutory Commissions and, finally, the presidents of the Territorial Federations of Peñas.
