Famous NFL linebacker Von Miller was detained in Dallas on suspicion of beating his expectant girlfriend, according to the police.

Famous NFL linebacker Von Miller was detained in Dallas on suspicion of beating his expectant girlfriend, according to the police.

Miller handed himself in at the Glenn Heights Police Department at about 3 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, according to Glenn Heights Police Chief Nick Bristow, who verified this information to WFAA.

Miller was transferred to the DeSoto Police Department jail awaiting processing, but he was soon freed after posting a $5,000 bond.

The lawyer who is thought to be defending Miller was not readily accessible for comment when WFAA contacted his office.

Authorities reported that at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, they were called to a “major disturbance” in the Uptown neighborhood of Dallas, which is located in the 3100 block of North Harwood.

Miller’s company, the Buffalo Bills, issued the following statement in response to the accusations: “We learned of a situation involving Von Miller this morning.

We will not be making any more comments at this time while we continue to gather additional facts.”

When the police came, they discovered that Miller’s longterm girlfriend had bruises on her neck and “minor abrasions” on her left hand, “injuries consistent with applied pressure to her neck,” according according to an arrest warrant affidavit that WFAA was able to obtain.

When Miller reportedly attacked the woman, they discovered that she and the accused were having an argument, according to the police.

The affidavit states that he stormed into the office as well as yelled at his partner to “get out” of the apartment.

According to an application for an arrest warrant, authorities discovered that Miller and his girlfriend were fighting in their bedroom as she didn’t want to go on a trip this week for her birthday.

According to the complaint, the accused victim stormed from the bedroom into the home’s office and closed the door. Miller then seemed “visibly angry,” according to the affidavit.

The girlfriend “attempted to comply” with Miller’s request to get out of the house, according to the affidavit, but she insisted on gathering a few things first.

Miller “began to shove or push her, all while telling her to leave the unit,” according to the affidavit, as she was doing this.

At before 11 a.m. on November 29, Dallas Police got a report about a significant disturbance at the 3100 block of North Harwood Street.

According to police, “The preliminary investigation determined the suspect, 34-year-old Vonnie Miller, and the victim got into a verbal argument, and the suspect assaulted the victim.”

Miller allegedly fled the scene before police could arrive, and a third-degree felony assault on a pregnant person led to the issuance of an arrest warrant.

Our friends at KRLD radio report that on Thursday afternoon, Miller turned himself in to Glenn Heights, Texas, police, and was released after posting a $5,000 bond.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit that NBC 5 was able to receive on Thursday, the woman and Miller were fighting at home on Wednesday about 10:50 a.m. over their travel schedules.

She went to an office and slammed the door when she indicated she didn’t want to travel on her birthday. She said this offended Miller, who urged her to leave.

He started to “shove and push her, all while telling her to leave,” the woman told police, as she attempted to retrieve some of her belongings.

She claimed that when she begged him to get her phone and laptop, he pulled out his phone and started filming the fight while he was still pressing and pushing her in the direction of the door.

The woman claimed that after telling him to stop and revealing her pregnancy, he persisted in pushing her, tramped on her feet, and threw her back into a chair.

Then, according to her, he placed his hand around her neck and held it there for three to five seconds before releasing it. She claimed that although it hurt, her breathing was unaffected.
