Falcao insists that he wants to continue at Galatasaray

Falcao's future is unclear in the short term. The footballer wants to continue, while Galatasaray prefers to let him go given the economic and sports situation the entity is going through. But Falcao does not want to leave the club, his priority is to fulfill his contract, until 2022, at Galatasaray. A fan of the Istanbul club sent the player's wife, Lorelei Taron, a message on a social network in which he wrote “homecoming”, alluding to the fact that the Tiger could leave and leave the team, however, and Taron replied bluntly: “Our home is the Galatasaray.”

The former Atlético striker wants to remain a Galatasaray footballer, he will undoubtedly insist on continuing, but the Turkish club is listening to offers for him to transfer him next summer. The team, which will not play the Champions League, needs to reduce the salary mass of the squad and Falcao is one of the players who wins the most. Eder Torres, the director of Content for Win Sports, the Colombian network that broadcasts the Galatasaray matches every weekend and has a direct link with the footballer, told AS that the situation in Falcao is still unclear from a sports perspective.

“I think Falcao is going to insist on continuing in Galatasaray. We are very happy to broadcast the Turkish league games, but the situation for Falcao for us is not yet clear. If it continues in Turkey, we will evaluate to continue broadcasting the Turkish league also to next season. We need to have confirmation that Falcao is still in Turkey. The interest of Inter Miami towards Falcao? I think it is a media rumor. For now, nothing is officially known. There is talk of interest, “he says. Towers. “The Falcao family is surely very happy in Istanbul. His wife says that she is happy to live there,” she underlines.

Arda's turn is blocked

On the other hand, according to the Turkish media, the president of Galatasaray, again, has blocked the return of Arda Turan. Mustafa Cengiz, who chairs the club, underwent surgery twice for cancer and started working today. First, he met with coach Fatih Terim to make the plan for next season. The veteran club coach explained that Arda will win 25,000 euros for each game he plays, but Terim found an unexpected response. “With the premiums, this figure will rise to a million euros. I cannot accept it,” said Cengiz, according to Ajansspor. AS had already explained that the former Atlético footballer has already agreed with Galatasaray on a salary per game played.
