Fabián Ruiz: “My ankle is fine”

Fabian Ruiz, a midfielder for the Spanish national team, confirmed this Saturday that one of his ankles that forced him to leave the field in the second half of the clash against Switzerland “is fine” and declared that the team of Luis Enrique Martinez deserved all three points.

The player of the Naples gave its place to Alvaro Morata after suffering an ankle discomfort. Later, in statements to Spanish Television, he reported that his ailment is not serious.

“My ankle has bent a bit but it's fine, no problems. You have to understand the changes, look around the team. We have done a lot to get the three points. Switzerland has shot twice. We got a point, we deserved all three and now there is a very difficult game that we have to win to pass, “he said.

In addition, he indicated that for him it is a pride to play with the Spanish team and indicated that he always “comes” looking forward to the calls for Luis Enrique to show what he does every weekend at his club.

“It is a pride to represent my country. It is a very great illusion. Doing things like today, creating today's chances for sure he will enter. Germany is a very good team but so are we And we are going to work to correct mistakes and win”, ended.
