Therefore, they show their “firm Opposition for the FIA ​​to reach a confidential settlement agreement with Ferrari to conclude this matter “and declare their” shared commitment to seek full and adequate disclosure in this matter “to ensure that F1″ treat all competitors fairly and equitably. ”

“We do it on behalf of fans, participants and stakeholders of Formula 1. In addition, we reserve our rights to seek legal reparation, within the due process of the FIA ​​and before the competent courts,” they warn.

Last week, the FIA announced a confidential agreement with Ferrari after carrying out “thorough technical investigations” on possible irregularities in its power unit that use the blids of the Italian team.
