This has generated a lot of pressure on his physique and, in his words, “a couple of food-related problems.”

The princess recently commented on the podcast Table Manners that her relationship with her body has never been easy, especially after, during adolescence, some people questioned her appearance: “You have that silly haircut and you’re a little chubby and, you know, all the boys are bullying you and all that kind of stuff.” That situation led to eating problems, as he now suffers from “a couple of food-related problems.”

Sarah Ferguson’s daughter believes that being exposed to the media is usually harmful “for practically everyone.” In her case, the suffering involved “having to look a certain way” or putting up with unpleasant comments. “They tell you ‘Oh, what a pretty dress, but how bad it looks on her’…”, he lamented during the conversation.

However, the royal has been living happily with her family in Portugal for some time. The mother of two children with her husband, businessman Jack Brooksbank, she feels that she no longer has to go through the judgment of others day after day: “Portugal is my dream, because I can go to the supermarket, exercise, wear my hair up and I don’t care. Nobody cares”.

Likewise, he believes that youth should be more protected from spotlights, since this can affect their mental health. “Media pressure and public judgment on minors should be reduced, because the comments can be very cruel,” she said. For the princess, it is key that youth grow “in the right direction”, but on many occasions “It is precisely the opposite.”
