FC Barcelona and the Spanish defense Emma Ramírez have reached an agreement this Friday “for the termination of the contract” that the right-back still had with the Barça club until the end of the 2023/24 season.
This has been indicated by Barça on its website. “FC Barcelona publicly expresses its gratitude to Emma Ramírez for her professionalism, commitment, dedication and wishes her luck and success in the future”, added the press release.
After spending the 2021/22 season on loan at Real Sociedad, playing 26 games in the Primera Iberdrola and two games in the Copa de la Reina, Ramírez returned to the culé entity in July 2022. However, in the recent 2022/23 campaign she has played only six games in the Finetwork League F and one more in the Queen’s Cup.
