The entrepreneur is known for projects such as Tesla and Space-X, two of the most promising companies for the future. Although he is considered something eccentric and with some hobbies he does not hesitate to hide as his passion for video games, Elon Musk hides another facet that not everyone may know. A boss who certainly doesn't like certain kinds of attitudes.

But, before getting fully into the central theme and that riddle that could make you work in Space-X, let's learn a little more about how Elon Musk is in his role as boss. We are talking about someone responsible for two of the most important companies in the world in terms of technology. Of course, Musk has a peculiarity that is not willing to endure among its employees: negativity.

'You are out of the project, I will manage two companies and do your job.' Those will be the words that you will hear from Elon in case you decide to explain that you are not going to arrive in time for a project or that you see no way to reduce the price of a product for marketing. The curious thing about this issue, as Ashlee Vance points out in Elon's biography, is that if Musk really decides to take charge of those projects, he ends up achieving the proposed objective.

A riddle that could open the doors of your company

In Elon Musk's history there are millions of interviews that he himself has made for the first Space-X employees. As stated in the biography of the businessman, Elon will attend these job interviews without any problem but during the same ones he may be dedicating himself to perform other tasks, from answering an email, to doing the same with a call. Of course, be sure that nothing you manage to get their attention or turn to you, you are sentenced to solve a puzzle. An enigma that, if overcome, could open the doors of your company.

'You are on the surface of the Earth. You walk a mile south, one mile west and one mile north. You just exactly where you started. Where are you?'. This is the riddle that Musk poses to his potential future employees. While the logical answer may be the North Pole, there is another second place where you could find yourself. The South Pole.
