El Sevilla cede a Augustinsson al Aston Villa

MADRID, 12 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Swedish defender Ludwig Augustinsson will play for Aston Villa next season, after the English club and Sevilla FC have reached an agreement for the loan until the end of the season, with the option to buy, of the left-back.

“Sevilla FC would like to thank Augustinsson for his work this year and wish him the best of luck in this new stage in the Premier League”, confirmed the Nervionense entity.

The Swede ended up at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán last summer from Werder Bremen. In total, he played 27 games with the Sevilla shirt -19 in LaLiga Santander, three in the ‘Champions’, two in the Europa League and three in the Copa del Rey-, in which he offered an assist.
