Colombian cyclist Einer Rubio (Movistar Team) won the shortened and insipid thirteenth stage of the Giro d’Italia this Friday, finally between Le Chable and Crans Montana over 74.6 kilometers, by taking advantage of the battle between his breakaway teammates Thibaut Pinot (Groupama- FDJ) and Jefferson Alexander Cepeda (EF Education-EasyPost).
