Eibar lost (0-2) this Sunday in their visit to Real Valladolid on matchday 39 of LaLiga SmartBank, leaving the lead, now in possession of Almería, and seeing direct promotion to the Pucelano team approaching.
The armory team stumbled in Ipurua against a direct rival, with goals in the second half from Nacho, from a penalty, and Weissman. After the defeat against Real Sociedad B, Valladolid sees direct promotion to two points, second now Eibar.
The Basque team, well outmatched by its rival until it found goals as well as dominance, is left with 74 points, surpassed by Almería (76) who beat Amorebieta on Saturday. In addition, the day left a poor image of Real Zaragoza against relegated Alcorcón, who blushed the hands at La Romareda with a 0-3 scoreline.
Meanwhile, Lugo could not certify salvation due to Ibiza’s reaction in the 1-1 draw this Sunday. Cartagena and Leganés did not pass the point either, which with 0-0 ensured permanence in a weak year with a team that does not transmit.
