Eibar approved and suspended: historic Dmitrovic

Dmitrovic: He scored a 1-0 penalty with his left leg, the fact that he was the pitcher was a big surprise, although Edu Expósito had failed his attempts and Esteban Burgos was not on the green. The Serbian goalkeeper took the maximum penalty calmly, scoring his first goal for Eibar and becoming the first goalkeeper to achieve a goal with the Gipuzkoan team in the First Division. He could not do anything in the equalizer of Luis Suárez, who showed his scoring nose. He was very successful to avoid defeat by clearing a poisoned shot from Joao Félix. He couldn't do anything to avoid the 1-2 when Luis Suárez converted a penalty. In the end he stopped another shot from Joao Félix.

Water well: It was the right back defender, having a lot of trouble stopping the quick left lane Carrasco. In the second half he intervened more than in the first, shooting high from outside the area after the break.

Pedro Bigas: Performed the functions of left back defense instead of central, his usual position. He faced Vrsaljko, the 'lane' on the right mattress. In the second half he went into the wing, supporting Inui, creating danger both on the left wing. He headed a corner kick in which the ball went near the post.

Paulo Oliveira: He moved in the axis of the defense, forming with Arbilla the pair of two central Eibar to watch over Luis Suárez and Correa (Joao Félix in the second half). The Portuguese was right to clear a shot from Luis Suárez in the second half. In other actions, he anticipated the Uruguayan forward, always dangerous. He was also attentive to stop his compatriot Joao Félix.

Arbilla: He acted as a central defender on the left, the same position he played in the first half against Navalcarnero in the Copa del Rey, in a tie in which the Eibar were eliminated. In the second half, he dangerously shot a long free kick in which the ball narrowly went up. Luis Suárez ran away from him on one occasion and had to catch him, seeing the yellow card (the presence of Paulo Oliveira prevented him from being sent off as he was not the last defender). The referee signaled a penalty in an action with Luis Suárez in which the referee signaled a dubious penalty that the Uruguayan converted to 1-2.

Mutt: The forward played for the first time as a winger on the right wing, although with a tendency to go towards the center. The Japanese was stepped on by Carrasco in the action of the penalty that Dmitrovic transformed. His speed gave work to the visiting defenders.

Edu Exposito: Formed a tandem in the double pivot with Pape Diop, ahead of Sergio Álvarez, facing Saúl, Llorente and Lemar (Lucas Torreira in the second half). Little was involved in the game in the first half, in which he took out the set pieces as Bryan Gil and Pedro León were not on the pitch. Like the rest of the team, he improved after the break. He did a good ball driving in the second half, in which he had to be stopped for a foul in a play in which he caused a yellow card from Felipe.

Pape Diop: He acted as a midfielder with Edu Expósito. He did a good defensive job in the pressure on the rival, although not so much in the distribution of the game.

Sergio Alvarez: Played as a defensive midfielder ahead of the rear in the 4-1-4-1 initially used by Barça coach José Luis Mendilibar. He failed in the action of Atlético's draw, since he was entertained in clearing a ball, Llorente jumped on him, who took the ball and ended up scoring Luis Suárez, the second footballer (behind Messi) who has scored the most goals for Eibar in First Division. He helped the two centrals and allowed Pape Diop to be somewhat freed from defensive tasks.

Inui: He repeated again as a winger on the left wing when Bryan Gil stayed on the bench (he has just recovered from an injury) after having also done it in the first half of the cup duel against Navalcarnero. Little came into play in the first half hour, in which he was annulled by Vrsaljko. However, he improved a lot before the break. He gave a good pass to Kike García, who headed wide. At the beginning of the second half he gave a dangerous low center to the small area, in which Kike García finished off. He was incisive in the second half, supported on the left wing by Pedro Bigas. He tried to surprise Oblak with a long shot that the goalkeeper saved without problems.

Kike Garcia: He was the only forward at the beginning and he was seen very alone against the 3 central defenders of the rojiblancos, who played greenish yellow. He hit an Inui cross with his head without finding his way to the goal before the break. In the second half, an Inui cross shot out again in the small area. He ended up playing right winger when Muto was relieved.

Sergi Enrich: He came in replacing Muto, who did a great job in the band. The Spaniard acted as a center forward, since Kike García went on to play in Muto's place.

Pedro Leon: Played for a few minutes, unable to do anything.
